Certified Yin yoga instructor

After years of practising yoga, with a particular passion for Yin Yoga, Angela completed training to become an instructor herself so that she could offer therapeutic Yin classes and create yoQi.

In 2016, Angela was introduced to The Iceman & The Wim Hof Method. She began to explore the invigorating practise of breath work and cold water immersion and immediately experienced a cascade of incredible benefits including; feeling brighter and energized, improved immunity, deeper sleep, heightened mental focus, faster recovery times from sports, and a radiant feeling of warmth in the winter.

She challenged nature and completed the first ever polar riversurfing challenge in her bathing suit, successfully surfing 3 waves in the glacier runoff in the spring of 2017. Angela is the first female Wim Hof Instructor in Canada, and loves sharing this powerful practice with anyone who is ready and willing!
